Topping the frocking...Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Katelyn Read, assigned to Navy Medicine and Readiness Training Command Bremerton's Family Medicine department is courteously capped by HM3 Gary Call during the command's advancement ceremony July 28, 2020. Read was one of 14 Sailors authorized at the command to assume the title and wear the uniform of the next highest petty officer pay grade, effective immediately.
