Making the grade...Retail Service Specialist 1st Class Robert Maneclang, assigned to Navy Medicine and Readiness Training Command Bremerton's Terrace Dining Facility is frocked by Chief Culinary Specialist Donald Simpkins during the command advancement ceremony July 28, 2020. Maneclang was one of 14 Sailors authorized at the command to assume the title and wear the uniform of the next highest petty officer pay grade, effective immediately.
