The tour was designed to facilitate an information exchange with CJTF-HOA’s partner nations in East Africa to increase their awareness of our capabilities to collect evidence and prosecute based on evidence recovered at crime scenes. The tour is part of a larger effort to inform U.S. coalition partners of capabilities CJTF-HOA has available in support of security cooperation efforts throughout the region.
