Allyson Digmann, latent print examiner, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) Joint Theater Forensic Analysis Center (JTFAC), shows Spanish Air Force Maj. Antonio Arráez the process of identifying finger prints on captured exploitable material during a tour of the JTFAC by foreign liaison officers (FLO) from France, Japan, Italy, South Korea and Spain, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) July 21, 2020. The tour is designed to facilitate an information exchange with CJTF-HOA’s partner nations in East Africa to increase their awareness of our capabilities to collect evidence and prosecute based on the evidence recovered at crime scenes. The tour is part of a larger effort to inform U.S. partner nations of capabilities CJTF-HOA has available in support of security efforts throughout the region. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt.
