The tour is designed to facilitate an information exchange with CJTF-HOA’s partner nations in East Africa to increase their awareness of forensic capabilities to collect evidence and prosecute based on evidence recovered at crime scenes. The tour is part of a larger effort to inform U.S. coalition partners of the capabilities CJTF-HOA has available in support of security efforts throughout the region.
