Oregon Army National Guard Soldier, Sgt. Cody Blair, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 141st Brigade Support Battalion, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, fires his M4 rifle during an iteration of the unit's weapon zeroing process at Camp Rilea, near Warrenton, Ore. on July 13. Zeroing helps align the weapon's sights so Soldiers are able to more accurately engage targets from a set distance. Once zeroed, Soldiers then moved onto their Indivdual Weapons Qualification.
