Oregon Army National Guard Bravo Company, 141st Brigade Support Battalion Soldier, Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3) Michael Benninger, checks and clears a Soldier's M4 rifle before they proceed out onto the zero range on July 12, at Camp Rilea, near Warranton, Ore.
