Oregon Army National Guard Pfc. Michael Flordelis, Alpha Company is assisted by Spc. Donald Schaefer, Bravo Company, both with 141st Brigade Support Battalion (BSB), 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team with weapon adjustments while zeroing his weapon ahead of the unit's Individual Weapons Qualification on July 12, at Camp Rilea, near Warrenton, Ore.
