    200717-N-UY393-0068 SAN DIEGO (July 17, 2020) Sailors, assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), remove firefighting equipment from the area in front of the ship. On the morning of July 12, a fire was called away aboard the ship while it was moored pierside at Naval Base San Diego. Base, federal, and shipboard firefighters responded to the fire.
