    100th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

    Oregon Army National Guard’s 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team Col. Eric Riley and Slovenian Armed Forces Lt. Col. Robert Simonic participate in a change of command ceremony July 3, 2020, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Kosovo Force Regional-Command East, a U.S.-led brigade level KFOR organization commanded by Riley, welcomed Simonic as its newest commander of RC-E’s effects battalion. Simonic and the effects battalion are charged with supporting situational awareness and KFOR communication campaigns throughout RC-E’s area of responsibility in an effort to ensure the safety and security and freedom of movement for all the people in Kosovo in accordance with the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244.
