A military ceremony appears to be taking place outdoors on a grassy field, likely a change of command or unit colors ceremony. A soldier named 'RILEY' wearing a US Army uniform with a 1st Cavalry Division patch is receiving or passing a blue unit guidon/flag from another soldier. All personnel are wearing face masks, suggesting this occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
