A military service member in MultiCam/OCP camouflage uniform is holding a handheld radio with an extended antenna while observing a military helicopter operating near a mountainous terrain. The scene appears to be a landing zone coordination exercise or operation, likely in Hawaii based on the distinctive volcanic mountain ridgeline in the background. The soldier is acting as a ground controller, communicating with the aircraft.
