Military personnel, likely U.S. Navy sailors, are engaged in a firefighting or damage control training exercise aboard what appears to be a naval vessel. The foreground shows a sailor in full firefighting gear — red helmet, flash hood, and white gloves — operating a red fire hose valve or standpipe fitting. Several other sailors in navy coveralls with flash hoods and yellow boots stand observing in the background.
