    U.S. Army Spc. Alexis Holfeltz, a culinary specialist with 1158th Army Aviation Reserve Command, Conroe, Texas, unwraps a block of butter to create desserts in the Joint Culinary Training Exercise March 7, 2020. The 45th annual JCTE started March 4 at Fort Lee MacLaughlin Fitness Center and continues until March 13. The exercise, administered by the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America.
