    Yat Hung Chan, a mechanical engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, assesses a facility in Santa Clara, California, to help determine its potential to serve as an alternate care facility. USACE has received a mission assignment from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for planning and site assessments of alternate care facilities in California in response to the Covid-19 virus.
