Servicemembers assigned to the Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan and coalition partners pay tribute to Army Col. James W. Harrison Jr. and Army Master Sgt. Wilberto Sabalu Jr. during a ceremony that dedicated two housing complexes in their names at Camp Eggers in Kabul, Afghanistan, Sept. 26. Harrison and Sabalu were killed May 6 by small-arms fire while riding in a convoy near Pole-e-Charki. They were assigned to CSTC-A's Detention Capability Directorate. Officially established on Apr. 4, 2006, the CSTC-A's mission, in partnership with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the international community, is to plan, program and implement structural, organizational, institutional and management reforms of the Afghanistan National Security Forces in order to develop a stable Afghanistan, strengthen the rule of law, and deter and defeat terrorism within its borders.
