Army Chief Warrant Officer Johnathon Booth, unveils the name of a housing complex at Camp Eggers in Kabul, Afghanistan, that was dedicated in the memory of Army Master Sgt. Wilberto Sabalu Jr. during a ceremony Sept. 26. The Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan paid tribute to Sabalu and Army Col. James Harrison Jr. who were killed May 6 by small-arms fire while riding in a convoy near Pole-e-Charki by dedicating two houses in their names. They were assigned to the Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan's Detention Capability Directorate. Booth is a logistics officer with the directorate. Officially established on Apr. 4, 2006, the CSTC-A�s mission, in partnership with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the international community, is to plan, program and implement structural, organizational, institutional and management reforms of the Afghanistan National Security Forces in order to develop a stable Afghanistan, strengthen the rule of law, and deter and defeat terrorism within its borders.
