Volunteers and soldiers form an assembly line to set up cots for evacuees Tuesday evening at the Special Events Center. Sixty evacuees from U.S. Air Force Academy, Mountain Shadows and Peregrine neighborhoods took shelter at the Special Events Center and Youth Center at Fort Carson.
