    Guests listen as Navy Band Northeast’s (NBNE) Ceremonial Band performs a medley of the Armed Forces songs during a ceremony to honor Iwo Jima Day at the Massachusetts State House Feb. 19. The event marked the 75th anniversary of the beginning of the battle of Iwo Jima during WWII. NBNE’s mission is to provide musical support for the U.S. Naval War College, the Department of the Navy and other military and government organizations throughout the Northeastern region of the U.S.
