John Kuehn, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, moderates a panel during “The Naval War in Vietnam: Vietnamese and American Perspectives” conference at the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) Feb. 6. This two-day conference examined the naval side of the war from both American and Vietnamese perspectives, looking, in particular, at its causes, course and consequences. The John B. Hattendorf Center for Maritime Historical Research hosted the conference to demonstrate the value of this historical study in advancing the mission of NWC.
