U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Matthew Toye, 31, of Honolulu, troubleshoots a broken speaker Dec. 30, 2019, aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star (WAGB-10) about 800 miles north of McMurdo Station, Antarctica.
