U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Michael Agunod, from San Diego, Calif., selects from finely prepared cuisines at the five-star Four Seasons Hotel in Doha, Qatar on Sept. 28. Agunod was on leave from Afghanistan while participating in a rest and recuperation pass program with nine other American troops serving in Southwest Asia. The group attended a "Suhur," an Arabic word referring to a late evening feast during Ramadan, Islam's holiest month. Aside from the elegant meal, Agunod and the other service members were amazed by the Arabic performances; such as traditional dancing and music.
