American troops serving in Southwest Asia listen to Souheil Kebdani, library bar and cigar lounge manager, at the Four Season's Hotel in Doha, Qatar on Sept. 28. Kebdani explained the events during a "Suhur" celebration, an Arabic word referring to a late evening feast during Ramadan, Islam's holiest month. U.S. Air Force Maj. Philip G. Henderson, far left, from Jacksonville, Fla., was on leave from Afghanistan while participating in a rest and recuperation pass program at Camp As Sayliyah in Qatar. "It was a unique opportunity," said Henderson. "We can go to a mall anytime – we lucked out. Being able to understand a culture, and how gracious its people are, is something to appreciate."
