A member of the Panamanian National Border Service off-loads cinder blocks during Exercise Mercury in Panama, Dec. 5, 2019. The cargo was part of a humanitarian cargo load transported on U.S. Army helicopters used for the combined joint exercise that allows Panamanian and U.S. participants from Joint Task Force-Bravo to work alongside one another for a simulated humanitarian assistance and disaster response scenario with the goal of growing interoperability while developing skills necessary to respond to potential future contingencies.
