    Major Emerito Villareal, Panamanian Aeronaval Services, coordinates air movements with U.S. counterparts at the Panama Pacifico Airport, Panama, Dec. 4, 2019. The mission was part of Exercise Mercury, a combined joint exercise that allows Panamanian and U.S. participants to work alongside one another for a simulated humanitarian assistance and disaster response scenario with the goal of growing interoperability while developing skills necessary to respond to potential future contingencies.
