    ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 28, 2019) - Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Libby Pirmann, from Cumming, Georgia, looks up the escape trunk of an engineering space while transporting a simulated personnel casualty on a stretcher during a general quarters drill aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64), as part of the U.K.-led Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST), Nov. 28, 2019. FOST’s training is designed to prepare all types of navy vessels and auxiliaries for peacetime, peace-support, and war-fighting operations.
