Mannequins are transformed into simulated casualties with moulage at the Effects & Enablers facility at Sierra Army Depot, California, during the United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise, Oct. 31, 2019. Artists used make-up to transform mannequins as well as Soldiers and civilians into simulated victims and casualties with life-like injuries.
