HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas – (Oct. 16, 2019) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Aircraft Handler) 2nd Class Jimario Fullwood (right) of Minden, La., assigned to Navy Recruiting Station Killeen, was presented with Gold Wreath Recruiting and Triple Play Awards by Capt. Glen O’Loughlin of West Union, Iowa, commodore of Navy Recruiting Region West, Navy Recruiting Command during O’Loughlin’s visit to the recruiting station. Fullwood joined America’s Navy in 2012 after graduating from Minden High School becoming a recruiter in 2018. He previously served aboard the Nimitz-class, nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes more than 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
