    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Oct. 12, 2019) Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Cody Hakey, assigned to Naval Station Norfolk, participates in a military appreciation day at the Children’s Museum of Virginia in Portsmouth, Virginia, as part of Fleet Week Hampton Roads, October 12, 2019.
