    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Oct. 12, 2019) A Norfolk Naval Shipyard Fire Department mascot hands out fire hats during a military appreciation day at the Children’s Museum of Virginia in Portsmouth, Virginia, as part of Fleet Week Hampton Roads, October 12, 2019.
