A U.S. Army Soldier assigned to 1st Platoon, Iron Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment fires his M240 machine gun down range in order to provide suppresive fire and allow 2nd Platoon the opportunity to breach an obstacle and clear the objective during the troop live fire training exercise at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Sept. 24, 2019. With the completion of troop live fire exercises, 3/2CR will move forward in its training progression to complete its squadron combined arms live fire prior to deployment to Poland to support the NATO enhanced Forward Presence Initaitive at the Battle Group Poland next year.
