U.S. Army Pvt. Diego Harris, 1st Platoon, Iron Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment successfully launches mortars down range on to the objective during a troop live fire exericse at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Sept. 24, 2019. While 2nd Platoon breached obstacles and cleared a trench, 1st Platoon was responsible for providing suppresive fire in order to ensure success. With the completion of troop live fire exercises, 3/2CR will move forward in its training progression to complete its squadron combined arms live fire prior to deployment to Poland to support the NATO enhanced Forward Presence Initaitive at the Battle Group Poland next year.
