U.S. Army 1st Lt. Spencer Old, platoon leader, 2nd Platoon, Iron Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment receives an M4 rifle from a Soldier in his platoon as he transitions into the trench in order to clear the final objective during the troop live fire training exercise at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Sept. 24, 2019. With the completion of troop live fire exercises, 3/2CR will move forward in its training progression to complete its squadron combined arms live fire prior to deployment to Poland to support the NATO enhanced Forward Presence Initaitive at the Battle Group Poland next year.
