JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 20, 2019) – Cmdr. Kevin Michel, a certified registered nurse anesthetist at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, prepares anesthesia in the main operating room. Michel is a native of Utica, New York with a Master of Science in Nursing degree is from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. “It has always been a privilege to serve with those that have given so much to protect this country.
