JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (September 11, 2019) – Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Eboni Dillard hoists the American flag during morning colors at Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Dillard, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, says, “From the time I was about 8 years old, I knew that I wanted to work in medicine. I knew exactly what I wanted to do when I joined the Navy.
