    U.S. and Estonian Special Operation Forces conduct Fast Rope Insertion and Extraction System training near Amari, Estonia, Sept, 3, 2019, using U.S. Air Force’s CV-22 Osprey, assigned to the 352nd Special Operations Wing, during.
