Dick Fluke, contractor from AirPro, Inc. refuels the helicopter used to spray an EPA-approved herbicide on Interior Least Tern islands on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System in Oklahoma. This is the first time the Corps has sprayed by helicopter. In the past, the herbicide was administered by boat.
