A helicopter sprays an EPA-approved herbicide over an Interior Least Tern island along the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System in Oklahoma. This was the first time a helicopter was used. In the past, the Tulsa District sprayed by boat, which was more time consuming, costly and less effective.
