A yellow underwater vehicle or torpedo-like device is being lifted out of or lowered into open water using yellow lifting straps and rigging. The device is mounted in a dark metal frame and features multiple yellow modular compartments labeled 'NO STEP', along with a tapered nose cone. Water is visibly dripping from the equipment, suggesting it was recently submerged.
