Instructor patches were awarded to graduates of the Master Instructor Course during a graduation ceremony at Manila Training Center, August 29, 2019. The ceremony was one of four held at training centers across the Kurdistan region that day that graduated a total of 1,590 Peshmerga soldiers. Together, Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve and the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) will develop a sustainable and inclusive ISF that can secure its sovereign borders, protect the population, support a normalcy across the country and ensure the lasting defeat of Daesh.
