A female U.S. Navy sailor in dress white uniform stands at attention near a ship's brass bell during what appears to be a formal ceremony. She is wearing a dixie cup hat and has a small cross tattoo visible on her neck. In the background, other sailors in white uniforms are gathered, suggesting a formal shipboard event.
