Churchill (DDG 81), back right, and the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60), back left, conduct a refueling-at-sea in the Atlantic Ocean, Sept. 7, 2019. The Winston S. Churchill, Gravely, Normandy, Forrest Sherman, and Supply are underway following a sortie due to Hurricane Dorian earlier this week. Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic ordered all U.S. Navy installations in Hampton Roads to return to normal operations on Sept. 6, as Dorian no longer poses a threat to the area.
