Colombian Marine Corps Forces Sgt. Maj. Hugo Suarez Argenas, Sergeant Major and advisor to the Marine Corps Special Forces Battalion speaks to his comrades and troops attending the Colombian Advance Joint Special Operations Forces Noncommissioned Officer Course which kicked off its second iteration in Bogota, Colombia, Aug. 26, 2019. Argenas, along with several of the graduates from the first course, are assisting the primary instructors through this cycle. The goal is for the Colombians to one day take over as the primary instructors. Special Operations Command South and the Joint Special Operations University worked together to establish this course to continue building the team and strengthening partnerships.
