    Special Operations Command South

    U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. (RET) Francisco Melendez, a primary instructor for the Advance Joint Special Operations Forces Noncommissioned Officer Course in Colombia, writes a creative exercise on the white board for students attending the second cycle of the course in Bogota, Colombia, Aug. 27, 2019. Several of the graduates from the first course are assisting the primary instructors through this cycle. The goal is for the Colombians to one day take over as the primary instructors. Special Operations Command South and the Joint Special Operations University worked together to establish this course to continue building the team and strengthening partnerships.
