    SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 22, 2019) Sgt. Braxton Roman, a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, assigned to Force Reconnaissance Company, III Marine Expeditionary Force observes as a Clearance Diver, assigned to the Royal Canadian Navy’s Fleet Diving Unit Pacific, conducts basic breaching saw manipulation techniques during a mechanical-breaching subject matter expert knowledge exchange as part of Exercise HYDRACRAB. HYDRACRAB is a quadrilateral exercise conducted by forces from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and U.S. naval forces. The purpose of this exercise is to prepare the participating Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) forces to operate as an integrated, capable, and potent allied force ready to respond to a changing and complex maritime environment in the Indo-Pacific region.
