Three U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are gathered on a parade field during what appears to be a military ceremony. Two soldiers are facing each other in what appears to be a handshake or exchange, while a third soldier stands to the left. A unit guidon or organizational colors with streamers is visible in the background, consistent with a change of command or similar formal military ceremony.
