Eugene LeBoeuf, commanding general of the 79th Theater Support Command, headquartered in Los Alamitos, California, during a ceremony at Fort Sam Houston, Texas on Aug. 2, 2019. Change of command ceremonies are a formal way for Army units to transition leadership authority from one commander to another.
