Forrest Young, Commander, Carrier Air Wing 5, prepares for an in-flight change of command ceremony aboard the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Young was relieved as commanding officer of Carrier Air Wing (CAG) 5 by Capt. Michael Rovenolt. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group Five, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
