A woman is seated at a table presenting or teaching in what appears to be a training or classroom setting. She is gesturing with both hands raised, with her left index finger pointing upward, suggesting she is emphasizing a point. A laptop and red wireless mouse are on the table in front of her, and a whiteboard with numbered logistics-related content is visible behind her.

Kathryn Miller, organizational change management training lead for the Transportation Management System (TMS) Prototype Core Team with U.S. Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., discusses aspects of the TMS prototype June 7, 2019, during training at Fort McCoy, Wis. Several people were trained on TMS at Fort McCoy in early June. According to TRANSCOM, part of the vision of the TMS prototype is to implement an enterprise-wide management system to perform global transportation functions within the plan, order, ship, track, and pay construct and leverage interoperable data and flow of information across the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise.
