Two men are shaking hands while jointly holding a certificate in what appears to be a conference or training room. The certificate is issued to 'Anthony Reeves' and appears to be from a Transportation Management System (TMS) program. In the background, a presentation screen displays 'Data Capture TMS Prototype, Ft McCoy' with U.S. Army branding.

Robert Tondevold with the Transportation Management System (TMS) Prototype Core Team with U.S. Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., presents a certificate of recognition to Anthony Reeves with the Logistics Readiness Center on June 7, 2019, during TMS prototype training at Fort McCoy, Wis. Several people were trained on the TMS prototype at Fort McCoy in early June. According to TRANSCOM, part of the vision of the TMS prototype is to implement an enterprise-wide management system to perform global transportation functions within the plan, order, ship, track, and pay construct and leverage interoperable data and flow of information across the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise.
