Equipment Operator 1st Class Jon M. Wawrek puts the final turn on the well cap of an artesian water well as Chief Equipment Operator Toby A. Davis looks on. Both Seabees are assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11. The well was tapped by NMCB-11's water well crew in the Panjwai District of Zangabad, Afghanistan. NMCB-11 is homeported in Gulfport, Miss., and deployed to Afghanistan to conduct general, mobility, survivability engineering operations and defensive operations.
